Harborside Health Center has officially been granted its third dispensary license in California, extending the reach of one of the most well-known businesses in the medical cannabis industry.
The San Leandro City Council voted unanimously at its Tuesday night meeting to grant the municipality’s lone dispensary license to Harborside San Leandro. The new dispensary is technically a partnership between Harborside Health Center and Dark Heart Nursery.
Harborside’s first dispensary is in Oakland, and its second is in San Jose.
Harborside recently won a dispensary license in Illinois and is looking to expand into other new markets across the country, founder Steve DeAngelo told Marijuana Business Daily last month.
