Last call for Marijuana Business Conference speaker submissions

The clock is ticking.

Cannabis executives interested in speaking at the Spring 2017 Marijuana Business Conference & Expo have until Jan. 6 to submit their ideas for sessions. The event, hosted by Marijuana Business Daily, will be held from May 17-19 in Washington DC.

Everyone interested in speaking must fill out an official form – accessible here – and submit their suggestions for sessions along with some key take-aways.

Conference organizers are specifically looking for new, in-depth content ideas from senior-level staff at cultivation operations, infused products companies, dispensaries and recreational marijuana stores. Most sessions are aimed at professionals, executives and investors already in the cannabis industry, as opposed to those just looking to get in.

While speakers from vendors and ancillary firms will be considered, preference will be given to operators of plant-touching companies and those who aren’t regularly on the industry speaking circuit.

For additional guidelines, check out the Frequently Asked Questions page in the speaker section of the conference website.
