No Business regulations Final rules have yet to be drafted but the text of Initiated Law 1 inidcates that the state will issue rules related to all aspects of business operations including testing, packaging, labeling, security, record-keeping, transportation, advertising, marketing, cultviation, storage and sale of marijuana. However, the text also states that rules may not be unreasonably impracticable. The timeline for issuance of final rules is still to be determined.
