No, though businesses are prohibited from manufacturing or selling MMJ products that are intentionally attractive to children or minors. Qualifying medical conditions No qualifying conditions are specified, but doctors recommending MMJ are required to do so according to "accepted standards a reasonable and prudent physician would follow when recommending or approving any medication." Business regulations Moderate. Among other things, businesses are required to use an inventory tracking system, providing monthly sales reports and account for any waste in the process. All MMJ businesses will be subject to audits and must keep detailed financial records for at least seven years, while marijuana processors will be subject to additional inspection of premises druing regular hours of operation. Businesses must also meet certain security requirements and adhere to specific packaging and labeling standards. Regulations drafted during the legislative session were enacted in August.
