The following dosage forms are permitted: Oils, extracts, tinctures, sprays, capsules, pills, solutions, suspenstion, gelatin-based chewables, lotions, transdermal patches and suppositories. No marijuana product may be manufactured or sold as a beverage, or with a design that encourages the use of marijuana for recreational purposes, or that is customarily associated with children. Flower and vaporization are not permitted. Qualifying medical conditions Cancer, HIV/AIDS, cachexia or wasting syndrome, glaucoma, spasticity, severe muscle spasms, intractable pain, PTSD, Parkinson’s disease, seizure disorders, epilepsy, Crohn’s disease, muscular dystrophy, autism spectrum disorder and multiple sclerosis.
