Tilray Appoints Three Board Members British Columbia, Canada-based cultivator Tilray has appointed three new board members. The members and their backgrounds: • Rebekah Dopp , a principal in global media partnerships at Google. Before Google, she was senior vice president of advanced services for CBS. • Maryscott Greenwood , CEO of the Canadian American Busi- ness Council and principal of the public policy group at Dentons U.S., which she joined in 2001. Greenwood also spent four years as chief of staff for the U.S. Embassy in Canada. • Christine St. Clare , president of St.Clare Advisors, which she founded in 2010. Before founding her own company, she was a part- ner at KPMG, where she served as lead audit partner for some of the firm’s largest retail clients and served a four-year term on KPMG’s board of directors. The three join existing board members Michael Auer- bach, senior vice president at Albright Stonebridge Group and general partner at Subversive Capital, and Brendan Kennedy, CEO of Privateer Holdings. Cronos Group Names Board Director The Cronos Group in Ontario, Canada, has appointed Jim Rudyk , chief financial officer of Roots Corp., an apparel and accessories company in Toronto, as lead director of the board.
