If the product is defective, we want the customer to know.” Why doesn’t the company simply remove defective inventory? “It’s not for us to decide, it’s for us to educate,” Dollinger said. “If somebody is looking for ABC Vaporizer and they know it’s bad, but they still want it, why wouldn’t we provide it?” Don’t Be Overconfident Namaste’s rise may appear allur- ingly fast, but Dollinger warns aspiring entrepreneurs to stay conservative in their outlooks.
