Company News | U.S. & Canada Organigram Lists on Nasdaq Organigram , a New Brunswick-based marijuana producer, listed on the Nasdaq in May, joining other major Canadian producers listed on major U.S. exchanges, such as Aurora Cannabis, Canopy Growth, Cronos and Tilray. Organigram will continue to maintain its TSX Ventures Exchange listing but stopped trading on U.S. over-the-counter markets. Slang Acquires Washington State MJ Brands Group Toronto-based Slang Worldwide , a manufacturer of cannabis packaged goods, announced it will acquire Arbor Pacific , a Washington state group of marijuana brands with manufacturing operations in Colorado, Oregon and its home state. Through the deal, the value of which was not disclosed, Slang products will be available in 12 states. Arbor products, including flower, vaporizers and CBD, are in more than 200 dispensaries in Washington state and are also distributed in Alaska, Colorado and Oregon. Arbor plans to enter the Canadian market by the fall through a previously announced licensing agreement with 48North Cannabis Corp. in Toronto. Supreme Buys Vancouver Grow Supreme Cannabis , a Toronto- based cannabis company, agreed to acquire Blissco , a cultivator and processor in the Vancouver, British Columbia, area, for approximately $36 million (CA$48 million). Blissco, which trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange, operates an 18,000-square-foot growing and extractor facility in Langley, British Columbia, and has been producing cannabis oils since August 2018. The all-share deal has been approved by the Blissco board of directors. Supreme Cannabis trades on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
