Members also use the tinctures due to their sublingual modality and quicker onset of effects and relief. The 20:1 and 1:1 are used by different customers, depending on the level of THC they require. Members enjoy the topicals, as they provide localized pain relief without psychoactive effects due to the cannabinoids entering the body via a transdermal application versus being metabolized through the liver. With the growing exposure of recreational use around media, we have seen a large increase in our community being more open to seeing the medical benefits of cannabis. Our current top-seller items used for medical reasons would be: • Lotions/creams: Some favorite brands would be Papa & Barkley, Mary’s Medicinals and Dr. Raw. • Tinctures: Many customers here love La Vida Verde. • Vapes: Some highlight brands include Heavy Hitters, Select, Stiiizy and Smoke Stacks. Most customers love these specific brands due to their overall success rate among their peers or branding efficiency. I have found that when companies go out of their way to provide educational material or in-house demos, their client base increases, as the customer feels confident and safe in trying their products. We buy distillate wholesale. We don’t have a single provider but shop around for the best- quality product and make our cartridges in house. After that, it’s concentrates, which we also make in-house, and edibles. I’d say our most popular edibles brand is Pucks. They’re extremely consistent; you get the same results every time. They also include 5% CBD, which some people don’t like because they think it takes away from the high. But it has an effect on the body, and it makes the other cannabinoids work better and enhances how the medicine works. In my opinion, the most effective medicine we carry is Rick Simpson Oil. It’s highly concentrated, and it’s full spectrum, so you get all the benefits of the plant. A little goes a long way. We plan to make our own RSO in-house when our kitchen is finished, but for now we carry RSO from High Grade, which our patients have liked.
