Interim CEO for Vancouver Producer The board of directors of Harvest One Cannabis, a licensed producer based in Vancouver, British Columbia, appointed Andy Bayfield , currently chief commercial officer, to interim CEO. Bayfield also will be appointed to the company’s board of directors. The board also appointed Frank Holler , currently chair of the board of directors, to executive chair. Holler served as chair of the special committee overseeing strategic review of the business. The company also announced it has accepted the resignation of Grant Froese from the position of chief executive officer. To aid the transition, Froese will support the company on a consulting basis.
