Although medical cannabis dispensaries have been forced out of business by local regulations in San Obispo CA, a local Grand Jury has decided medical marijuana delivery services are a ‘gray area’. However, commentators have noted that the quality of the cannabis delivered may not be as good as that one might find from an MMJ center. They wonder, is it fair to make patients suffer from ‘grey area’ cannabis products?
This is an area where testing services could step in, offering delivered products lab testing and labeling services.
In the meantime, it’s awfully ironic that the California-based San Francisco-based ‘alternative medicine’ search engine (and Weedmaps competitor) Doobons.com sent out a press release on June 28th promoting their charitable efforts … giving pediatric patients ” Reggae Runners” which are customized Little Tikes cars with IV poles.
