Some more good news for cannabis entrepreneurs in Maine and Nevada: The latest polls in both states show a majority of voters support adult-use legalization ballot initiatives.

In Maine, a survey by the Portland Press Herald found that 53% of voters support Question 1, which would legalize recreational marijuana. The poll found 38% of voters oppose the measure, and 10% are undecided, the Herald reported.

In Nevada, the numbers were nearly identical. According to a study by KTNV-TV 13 Action News/Rasmussen Reports, 53% of voters are behind Question 2, which would legalize rec. The poll found 39% of voters are opposed, while 8% are unsure.

The Marijuana Policy Project is behind both initiatives. Both campaigns are being run by parallel groups called the Campaign to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol.
