Marijuana Business Daily is conducting a survey of cannabis executives and investors to get an idea of how businesses are preparing for the uncertainties tied to a Donald Trump administration.
The online survey, posted here, is anonymous and takes just a minute to complete. No identifying information is collected.
Executives at dispensaries and recreational cannabis stores, cultivation companies, infused products manufacturers, testing labs and ancillary businesses are encouraged to participate, as are high-level investors who have pumped money into the industry or are considering doing so in the near future.
The results will be used in Marijuana Business Daily and Marijuana Business Magazine to shed light on whether companies are changing their 2017 growth plans given the election of Trump and how executives view their business prospects in general under the new administration.
It’s unclear how Trump will handle the burgeoning marijuana trade, but he has selected anti-cannabis politicians for key cabinet positions that could have a big impact on cannabis companies.
The survey will run until 8 p.m. Eastern time tonight.
