Cannabis group Cresco Labs sees revenue increase, loss in first quarter

Cresco Labs, a Chicago-based, vertically integrated cannabis company, reported quarterly revenue of almost $21.1 million for the three months ended March 31, up from $5.1 million in the corresponding period in 2018.

The company reported a net loss of $7.6 million for the period, compared with year-ago net income of $600,000, as it invested in expanding operations.

Cresco trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the ticker symbol CL.
