Curaleaf acquires California cannabis group for $30.5 million

Massachusetts-based Curaleaf, a vertically integrated multistate marijuana company, acquired California’s Eureka Holdings.

Eureka Holdings operates a cultivation facility in the Salinas Valley and is developing three dispensaries in the Golden State.

The deal is valued at $30.5 million with $10 million paid in cash and the balance in stock. This amount could potentially increase based on future performance.
