Green Growth offer for Aphria cannabis group expires

Ohio-based marijuana group Green Growth Industries’ offer for Canadian producer Aphria has expired, ending the hostile takeover bid.

Aphria, which trades as APHA on both the New York Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange, consistently rejected Green Growth’s offer.
