Green Thumb Industries of Chicago has closed its acquisition of Los Angeles-based For Success Holding Co., owners of the Beboe marijuana products brand.
For Success and Beboe were co-founded by fashion industry executive Clement Kwan and tattoo artist Scott Campbell.
Green Thumb, which operates the Rise chain of dispensaries, trades on the Canadian Securities Exchange as GTII.
Beboe recently entered into an agreement to supply cannabis products that Barneys New York’s new “luxury” head shop in Beverly Hills, California, can sell via delivery services.
