A Michigan judge will consider arguments on April 9 regarding legal efforts to block state regulators from shutting down roughly 50 unlicensed medical cannabis facilities that have yet to obtain appropriate permits, according to media reports.
The judge, who on Friday granted a temporary restraining order prohibiting the state from enforcing a March 31 deadline, indicated that he sides with businesses that say enforcing the deadline would cause them irreparable financial harm.
