Marijuana-related firm inks sales deals with Walmart, Home Depot & Amazon

Denver-based American Cannabis Company, a B2B consulting and ancillary marijuana products firm, said it signed a distribution deal to sell two cultivation-related products via the online stores for Walmart, The Home Depot and Amazon.

American Cannabis Company plans to use the online retail platforms to sell SoHum Living Soils potting mix and Doctor Marijane Root Probiotic, the company said in a news release.

SoHum is an American Cannabis Company product.

Doctor Marijane is manufactured by Ontario, Canada-based Earth Alive Clean Technologies.

  • Terms of the distribution arrangements were not released.
  • American Cannabis Company trades on the over-the-counter market under the symbol AMMJ. Earth Alive is traded on the Canadian Securities Exchange as EAC.
  • According to the news release, SoHum Living Soils is a fully amended, pH-buffered potting mix that acts as a “just add water” super soil for cannabis and non-cannabis crop cultivation.
  • The Dr. Marijane Root Probiotic contains “beneficial microbes” that growers can add to their soil or soil-free growing mediums.
