Oregon marijuana company reaches agreement in suit with former partner

Oregrown, a vertically integrated cannabis company in Bend, Oregon, settled a dispute with former grower and business partner Justin Crawn. The company agreed to dismiss its lawsuit against Crawn, including all court fees and outstanding claims.

The Bend Bulletin reports that the original suit filed by Oregrown in August sought $2.7 million in damages. Crawn filed counterclaims in November, seeking $9 million in damages.
