A CBD store opened this week in northern England, a possible sign that cannabidiol products may start spreading throughout the nation.

Cbdrus launched a brick-and-mortar outlet in the town of Burnley after supplying CBD products over the internet for about 18 months, the Lancashire Telegraph reported.

Cbdrus follows in the footsteps of Hemp Botanics, which has sold CBD products at its retail store in London for more than a year.

A spokesman for the Burnley Borough Council told the Telegraph that Cbdrus isn’t required to be licensed.

CBD is legal in the United Kingdom and other European countries.
