A key Colorado House panel has narrowly approved two bills that would open up business opportunities by allowing cannabis home delivery and on-site consumption.

Both measures were passed by a 6-5 vote by the House Finance Committee, Denver alt-weekly Westword reported.

The delivery bill would allow medical cannabis delivery next year and recreational marijuana in 2021.

The other measure would permit on-site cannabis consumption at licensed “marijuana hospitality establishments” such as dispensary tasting rooms, cannabis cafes, designated areas in hotels and tour buses.
