By completing this purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions:
- You agree to recurring billing each year on this date for annual memberships, every two years on this date for two-year memberships, or each month on this day for monthly memberships, until you cancel.
- You agree that monthly memberships may not be cancelled until all payments are made for the 12-month membership starting from today’s date.
- You agree that your membership is your individual license to access your MJBiz Factbook.
- You agree that you will not share your password or otherwise give access to your membership to non-members.
- You agree that you will not duplicate, share, or widely disseminate the full text of the MJBiz Factbook, charts, graphs and reports with non-members.
Sharing your password, or copying, distributing, and/or publishing the MJBiz Factbook or its contents without express, written prior consent from MJBiz is a violation of these terms and conditions, and will result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
As part of your membership, you will receive emails and newsletters from MJBiz. By signing up, you agree to receive occasional special offers from MJBiz and our partners via email per the Emerald Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
