Rhode Island Senate leaders said they won’t support legalizing adult-use cannabis if Democratic Gov. Gina Raimondo proposes legalization in 2020.

Democratic Senate President Dominick Ruggerio said recreational marijuana will have a negative impact on the state’s youth.
