All right, title and interest in and to the Content, including any and all intellectual property rights related thereto, is and will remain the exclusive property of MJBizDaily and/or its content suppliers as applicable. Except for the limited license to access and use the Content in accordance with this Agreement, you receive no rights whatsoever in the Content. The Content is protected by United States copyright laws.
By choosing to purchase the Content, you give MJBizDaily express permission to contact you directly via the information you have provided. For your convenience, you will receive an email with information for direct access to your purchased Content to keep for your records. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT IS TO STOP USING THE SITE AND/OR CONTENT. MJBIZDAILY AND ITS CONTENT SUPPLIERS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, UNDER ANY THEORY OF LIABILITY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, USE, DATA, OR LOSS OF OTHER INTANGIBLES. IN PARTICULAR, AND WITHOUT LIMITATION, MJBIZDAILY AND ITS CONTENT SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE OR CONTENT.
MODIFICATIONS
MJBizDaily may amend this Agreement at any time in its discretion, by posting revisions located on this page. Your continued use of the Content following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
