Eaze, a California-headquartered marijuana delivery giant, said Friday it will be entering the Michigan marijuana market.

According to a news release, Eaze will get much of its marijuana flower inventory through partnerships with Michigan companies that include:

  • Primitiv, based in Webberville.
  • KTC Industries in Ann Arbor and an affiliate, D&K Ventures.

D&K Ventures owns the Detroit Edible Co. and Cannalicious Labs brands.

More partnerships are expected to be announced, according to the release.

Eaze said it plans to begin with a focus on the Ann Arbor, Detroit and Grand Rapids markets with the goal of expanding delivery services across the state.

Cannabis consumers in Ann Arbor and Detroit are expected to be able to place online orders at Eaze’s website starting March 16. Grand Rapids locals will have to wait until May.

Except for a short-lived expansion into Oregon, Eaze operates only in Michigan and California, where the delivery company was founded in 2014.
